How does Video Email work?
The user creates a video message on their computer where it is automatically compressed, encoded, and sent to Talk Fusion's server which returns a hyperlink to the sender for placement into email. Recipients click on the link and view the streamed video message in a customized playback screen.
What system requirements do I need to send Video Emails?
There are only a few things you will need before being able to send Talk Fusion's video email.

Can I create videos using a video recorder?
Absolutely! You can upload previously recorded videos from your computer.
What is the recommended bandwidth for Talk Fusion?
Talk Fusion was designed for use with a broadband connection for full-motion video and audio streaming; however, there are not any software limitations with using a dial-up connection. When using a dial-up connection to send, the user will notice a longer file upload period and the video quality may be reduced. Talk Fusion will automatically stream your videos at the maximum speed that your Internet connection can support. The messages can be viewed by recipients on either high-speed or dial-up connections.
How many Video Emails can Talk Fusion support at one time?
Talk Fusions owns a series of high-powered streaming video servers which can allow 25,000 simultaneous views on just one server. Automatic load balancing among Talk Fusion's server farm will ensure that videos will play without service interruption; regardless of usage.
Can Video Emails be viewed on a MAC and a Windows-based PC?
Yes, Talk Fusion Video Emails can be viewed on both.
Can Video Emails be viewed on my Smartphone?
Right now, people can view Video Emails on their iPhone, iPad and Android. We're currently working on adding other Smartphone capabilities.
Does the person who receives a Video Email need any special software to play the video?
No, a hyperlink is sent to the recipient via email. Simply click on the hyperlink and the video message plays automatically.
What type of video files can I upload?
WMV, MPG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, QuickTime, MP4, 3gp
What is required to play back the video?
Adobe Flash Player is required to view Talk Fusion Video Emails. If not already installed, it can be downloaded quickly and easily.
